The most worrying thing is that, although it's known that this radiation is harmful at very low levels, there are countries that have set the standard at levels that exceed the maximum allowed.

Jorge Osorio (Dirección Correcta): Doctor, pardon me. Excuse me, Dr. Stokes. Do you know what's been happening lately with this device when you leave it on at night? People are waking up. Their sleep is being disturbed. Are we being irradiated through these devices, doctor? 

Dr. Wilfredo Stokes: Yes, of course, they are. That's what I was going to say. It turns out that, depending on the number of frequencies, there is a very deep attack being done with low electro-frequencies. That's why I'm measuring. 

Measuring a peak of 384 V/m² isn't normal when it's already toxic to measure 1 or 2. And 384 V/m² is what the device measures. It's this one that I have here. 

People, ideally —I'm not telling you to look for this one in particular, because there are many brands— should get things like this. It's an EMF detector. This one measures up to 10 GHz. But we don't need to see 10 GHz. 

We don't have to see a value that's 10 million times the value we're talking about (1V). Only with 2V, we get sick. At 5V our DNA, which is the 'software' that our body uses to make cells the way they should be, is altered. The DNA is altered. But what do we see? That some countries have established that 5 µHz is the standard. 

I mean, this is something that they have been planning for a long time. Some countries set it at 10V, like China and Poland. I don't know if Russia also standardized it at 10V. And all that knowing that it's thousands of times more toxic than is necessary for you to have a signal. 

So, I was looking at something about smart light meters. You used to have a little needle meter or something that went around. And, with those, your consumption was measured. Companies always rob you, by the way, but it was something analog. And all of a sudden, smart light meters appeared. 

I'm going to have to check how much they produce, but it's an exaggerated value. I think it's 18... ...Volts. I mean, 18V is a very exaggerated amount of non-ionizing radiation they produce. 

So, some guys came in and did a study. They had different people approach the smart light meters that were in their homes. Within 2 minutes, it started destroying their red blood cells. So, there were 3 or 4 different individuals. And the last one of them, after 45 seconds, had to be taken away because, otherwise, he was going to have a stroke. 

So, what happens? When there are conglomerates like, for example, multi-family buildings where there are tons of nice meters where you can see how they read the consumption, they act like a bomb. Every person walking by gets thousands of thousands of thousands of times the non-ionizing radiation that's emitted by these devices as a whole. My mother, who passed away, didn't like the microwave oven. 

So there are a lot of things that people have to investigate. The best way to be convinced is for people to do research. If you know how to read and write and have completed 6th grade, then you can already understand that non-ionizing waves are like a network that is continuously passing through us. If you want to know where they are, then wherever you have a signal there are electromagnetic waves like those from cell phones in toxic doses. 

It's not for your phone. It's not for the data or something else. No, no, no, no, no. This happens when someone feels like it because they're intoxicating us. That's why I say this is military technology. And I say once and for all: the masses aren't prepared to understand what we're talking about here.
